The Villa Cortés offers guests very spacious bedrooms and a good location by the sea. The décor is really striking, contributing to the Mexican Hacienda feel of the hotel.

ROOMS

With just 132 spacious standard guest rooms, seven junior suites and 11 full suites, the Villa Cortés retains the style of a boutique hotel. Most rooms have a king-size double bed. All rooms have satellite TV, a mini-bar (charge), free safe, air-conditioning, a balcony or terrace, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers and room service (charge). Some twin bedded rooms inter-connect. Junior suites and suites have a shower, bath, larger terrace and a seaview. We prefer to offer rooms which face towards the sea or gardens.

LIVING

Start the day with a delicious breakfast served buffet style, with show cooking, at Veracruz Restaurant with a terrace for alfresco dining. For your dining pleasure the Villa Cortés has up to five restaurants. Half board guests can enjoy an exquisite table d’hôte dinner menu at Tiziano Restaurant. For more choice guests can choose to dine in any of the Bavarian, Gourmet, Mexican and Mediterranean restaurants (half board guests pay a supplement. Some may close at quieter times) or La Sirena at lunchtime. The hotel Beach Club is on a small sandy cove and the pool bar is available for refreshments including local fish.

The Piano bar is in an open courtyard and open in the afternoon, whilst the lobby bar and Chiringuito, next to the beach, are open in the evening, ideal for a pre-dinner aperitif.

There is a large freshwater pool (heated in winter) and a children’s pool, sunbeds and umbrellas are plentiful. Villa Cortés has a spa with a good selection of massage and beauty treatments, please ask for details. The Club House is most helpful as a source of information including pre-booking reduced rate golf at local courses. The Villa Cortés is a very successful addition to our Tenerife selection.
